Helen “Nellie” McGlashen, NP-C is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in dermatology. With a strong background in patient care and a passion for skin health, Nellie is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized treatment for a wide variety of dermatologic needs.

Her nursing career began in Idaho before bringing her to Arizona, where she worked in the Intensive Care Unit for several years. The demanding ICU environment sharpened her critical thinking skills and deepened her commitment to patient-centered care. Today, she brings that same level of dedication to her dermatology practice, focusing on building trust and open communication with each patient.

Outside of work, Nellie enjoys spending time with friends and family, exploring new restaurants, being outdoors, and traveling.
