Continuing my previous feedback, the automated system used for messaging and communication was an absolute nightmare. It took me multiple requests and two phone calls (15-20 mins on hold) over nine days to have anyone get back to me with the fax number. I would seriously consider using another service provider.

Care staff (MA (name?) PA Shea Pickering Radiation Therapist Ray ?) were excellent, and I really appreciated having my session with Ray right then and there as opposed to having to make a second appointment. The reception and billing staff were courteous and professional. I thought that the physical facilities could use a bit of a “facelift”. This is the best dermatology practice I’ve ever had (I have visited several throughout the East valley). There’s hardly ever any wait times both in the reception and once I’ve been called in to see the doctor. Shea Pickering-PA-C is an amazing physician she is very knowledgeable, she actually dedicates time to understand your symptoms, educate you and answer any questions I have. The staff is also just fantastic - very friendly, easy to do business with and very efficient. I Highly recommend!
